Docsis Tester at Munich, Germany
Smartedge's client is looking for Docsis Tester for long term contract based in Munich Germany,
Ideal, candidate should have experience in IP, Modem Wi-Fi testing.
Responsibilities:
Cable Modem testing and integration with Docsis 3.1 network
Prior experience with Docsis 3.1 is a must.
Experience with IP routing, DHCP, wifi, Euro packet cable 2.0, SIP desired
Experience with cable CPE/Gateway testing with features like WiFi, Voice calls, NAT, Firewall, IPv6, IPv4, DS-Lite Deep understanding of the protocols and are ability to troubleshoot as well. The requirement is not just testing but integration of CPEs with VF's cable network
Experience with tools from Spirent (iTest), Abacus, excentis, wifi testing tools, IP traffic generators and call generators.
Start Date: ASAP (notice period accepted for right candidate)
