Job description:
Provides software support and development, application integration and product configuration for Identity Management domain. Responsible for maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning of IDM infrastructure and services. Proactively finds and handles a broad range of problems specifically on DellOne Identity Manager. Work with software vendors to resolve technical issues and application software defects. Work independently on IDM projects and efforts.
Skill sets Requirement:
6-8 years of experience in Information Technology industry
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Subject Matter Expertise in DellOne Identity Manager
Strong experience in development, support, maintenance and deployment of DellOne Identity Manager solutions
Experience in developing DellOne Identity Manager connectors, adapters and setting up business process for application integration
Proficiency in J2EE & Web Services is a plus
Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management domain, LDAP and Database systems
Strong experience in supporting business critical production environments
Experience in independently working on Identity and Access Management projects
Strong experience in target SAP application module integration with DellOne Identity Manager
Excellent communication (verbal, written) and analytical skills
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
