Aufgabe:• Reorganizing Frankfurt CMTO – Cash Management Technical Officers
• Build and follow up KPIs for CMTO activity
• Build priorities tree, implement and monitor application
• Accompany international projects within CMTO perimeter – attending regional calls, exchange with other Team Heads
• Optimize local processes: timely and proper handling of requests addressed to CMTO sub-teams from internal and external Clients, and other sites regarding (among the others):
- EB contracts and set up of users
- Cash pooling set up
- Set up of electronic bank statements
- Ensuring Multicash on-site installation, if required by the client
• Optimize dispatching of requests within CMTO team
• Optimize support for CMO in the RFP process, with regards to Cash Management Products
• Ensure support for CMO (Sales organization) and Clients with respect to implementation testing
• Ensure and test Multicash on-site installation as required by the client
• Optimize organization of clients trainings on Electronic Banking products (e.g. Multicash, Connexis)
• Optimize daily monitoring of delivery of Electronic Banking Statements within Multicash/Connexis
• Ensure risks within the perimeter are properly controlled and managed (process description/risk analysis/control plans/ procedural framework)
• Ensure compliance of the team with all existing and future internal and regulatory policies
