For one of our clients we are looking for a Business AnalystTasks
• Align with key stakeholder, define and manage business focused processes and best practices for Customer Care and CRM related activities.
• Support the local PM and the development team in India, especially with clear definition of requirements.
• Flesh out business requirements into details (clarifications, stories, tasks) further so Tech teams can work on them.
• Note: A Salesforce architect will support the technical parts – but it is required that the BA knows the standard capabilities of the Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing cloud.
Skills
• Managed key stakeholder to shape requirements and align on priorities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
• Self running, self motivated, team player
