WEU Online Service SpecialistOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a WEU Online Service Specialist to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: WEU Online Service Specialist
Position Type: 2 years fixed term contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 years fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internet service strategy for WEU
- Design and implementation of online service solution on internet platforms such as social media channels, forums, official website and APP
- Operation management of internet service under cooperation with regional business partners for WEU countries
- Work closely together with the Headquarter and local countries to provide the most suitable service solution to consumers
- Define and measure the performance of suppliers (Target and KPIs)
- Constantly improve website/APP features and user experience by data monitoring and analysis
- Leading of new project launch in online service area
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years work experience in consumer business after-sales service or PR area
- Good knowledge and strong interest in mobile and high-tech industries
- Degree holder in Electronic, Informatics, Marketing, PR Communication or related discipline
- Good knowledge and sense of social media and forums service, with service-related website/APP operating experience is preferred
- Proficient in Google Analytics data analysis tool, sensitive to data
- Hardworking and very well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written English, other European languages and Chinese is a plus
