Beschreibung

One of our clients is looking for a first and Second Level Support Engineer, for 250 work stations using JIRA ticket system. This client is looking for sn English speaking Support Engineer, who has atleast 2 years in being 1st and 2nd line support.

Things you want to know:

  • English speaking - (German is a plus, if you can interview in German that's good)
  • Telephone call or an on site interview if able to get there
  • Onside no remote work
  • Located in Berlin
  • Till 23rd of December + 1 Year contract after Christmas period
  • Rate starting from €50

You will need:

Knowledge of the tools required for the installation, administration and support of the system landscape: Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux, MySQL, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)

Basic knowledge of Scripting languages (VB, PowerShell and Perl)

Structured approach to the analysis and solution of problems, endurance and resilience

You will be troubleshooting and issue fixing Implementation of the individual departments' requirements; Maintenance and development of the existing system landscape Installation, configuration and provision of work stations Monitoring and optimisation of the back-up strategy Monitoring and patch management of the virtualisation environment (VMware ESXi) Configuration and maintenance of the telephone installation (Octopus NetPhone) Print management (Konica Minolta)
