For our client we are currently looking for a Cloud service delivery manager
Start: ASAP/January 2018
Duration: 3 Month Rollover
Location: Düsseldorf/Ratingen
Background:
Due to a new initiative to move more towards the cloud the local team needs support from a Project manager/Service Enabling Manager. You will be the interface between various departments and responsible for keeping the project within scope, budget and timeline. You will prepare support and operation models and take care that all processes and tools are in place to enable a service.
Day-to-day:
- Team coordination
- Budget setting
- Business War gaming
- Tracking of problems
- Enabling operational model to go live
- Tracking of problems
- Support Model operation
Must haves:
- Strong knowledge with Cloud services/Cloud service delivery
- Strong Project management experience/experience with service enabling in telecommunication - industry
- Preferred ITIL/Prince 2 certification
- Operational Readiness experience
- Experience with Budget setting in complex projects
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
- Risk management background
- Strong communication skills - able to ask the right questions
- Network knowledge (N2H)
