Blue Coat Proxy Specialist (m/w).
Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: 3 months with option of extension
Capacity: 5 days per week
Location: Paderborn
Traveling: Prague; 1-2 times a month
Conditions and task description:
- Daily Operation, Monitoring, Reporting, Troubleshooting, Configuration, Change Management, Capacity Management and ongoing Support of “In Production“ Symantec (Blue Coat) Network Protection products
- Production implementation, migration, cutover or upgrade services of Symantec (Blue Coat) Network Protection products
- Provision of informal Symantec Network Protection products knowledge transfer to End Customer’s teams.
- Very good Symantec (Blue Coat) skills
- Process ITIL Knowledge; Capacity, Availability, Release und Deployment Management, etc.
- Experience in working with multinational virtual Teams
- Very good German and English language knowledge
