aktuell befinden wir uns auf der Suche nach einem IT Infrastructure Manager (m/w) für den Standort Heilbronn.

Start: ab sofort
Dauer: 3-6 Monate
Auslastung: 4-5 Tage die Woche
Standort: Raum Heilbronn

Summary
The Regional IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for ensuring high internal customers satisfaction levels throughout the region through the Management of projects, delivery of superior IT desktop support, delivery of new technical solutions and strong customer service skills. In partnership with other Regional IT Infrastructure Managers and in alignment with established operational and service delivery standards, this role is will ensure the consistent strong delivery of IT service through the active management of a regional team of desktop support team members.
Strong interpersonal skills are required in this highly collaborative role. The Regional IT Infrastructure Manager will be engaged with business partners at all levels to collaborate on IT alignment to business needs, seeking regular feedback on service delivery and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Managing and leading regional projects, monitoring the quality of ticket handling of regional support team members, developing new and improved processes and procedures, managing regional outage and event communications and assisting with critical incident escalation are all critical duties of this role.

Qualifications and Experience
5+ years working in a technical infrastructure discipline (i.e. system administration or desktop support)
3+ years of supervisory and team management experience
3-5 years professional experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool
3-5 years of IT related Project Management leadership experience
Experience providing IT service delivery and customer support in an international multi-location capacity
Essential to have excellent customer service, communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
Broad knowledge of personal computers and peripherals, latest Microsoft Windows and Mac xOS operating systems, Microsoft Office suites including Office 265 and other common software packages.
Mobile device experience including iOS and Android devices
Voice and data networking (LAN/WAN) services
Experience supporting video conferencing technologies and working in a corporate Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environment
Strong technical troubleshooting, problem resolution and decision-making skills
Experience managing and participating in technical infrastructure-related projects
Structured work style, ability to plan and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment
Strong German and English language skills
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ITIL framework required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high pressure environment.
