* create detailed overview of all computer systems and infrastructure (network components and cabling) at company office and production environmental* update the hard- and software asset in our clients system for all IT systems
* create a maintenance schedule of weekly IT systems management (individiual updating and cleaning activities)
* weekly status and progress meeting via video call with global ICT-Operations Team
* create a configuration and maintenance manual for the computers in the production environment and windows based barcode printers
must have:
* minimum of 5 years professional IT technical support experience
* Microsoft Windows computer skills for workstations
* Desktop - and laptop computer systems Networking skills for LAN cabling, WiFi switches and routers
* fluently in english and german
The project is constantly on site.
