We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

Position Title: IT Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Registering IT tickets and be the 1st line of IT support through e-mail, phone for Danfoss users in area of PC and mobile clients (hardware, operating system, MS Office, SAP GUI).
- Providing IT support for Danfoss users in a client system area and responding to customer/user enquiries.
- Solving incidents and service requests ensuring the users are satisfied with the service provided.
- Installing and configuring IT hardware and software.
- Proactive monitoring of incident and quotes queues.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Troubleshooting, installation, support and consultancy service for:
-- Windows 7- Windows 10, MS Office 2016
-- Mobile phones (iPhone, Android), Printers, Basic network
-- Good knowledge of the current hardware and software (eg: PCs, printers, Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2016)
- Good communications skills and professional work attitude.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
