DAM & DS Technical Specialist
One of our leading banking clients based in Eschborn, Germany - Is looking for a DAM & DS Technical Specialist (Database activity monitoring) for a long-term rolling contract.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Database activity monitoring tool (DAM) (Ex: IBM Guardium/Imperva)
- Provide support in configuring, implementing and upgrading policies on DAM tool
- Execute the regular data scanning of all designated data sources
- Performing initial level analysis of alerts and reports generated by the DAM tool.
- Ensuring availability of the DAM tool
- Monitor and support the DAM infrastructure (tools and policies)
- Assist with DAM and Data Scanning tool software upgrade and patching
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring that the implementation is in compliance with the agreed objective.
- Ensuring SLAs/SLOs/OLAs related to incident, change and service request are adhered.
Experience:
- Candidate should have overall experience of 3+ years with DAM and Data Scanning tools
- Technical Sills
- Working level knowledge of Data Activity Monitoring tools such as Guardium or Imperva
- Working level knowledge of Oracle, Teradata, DB2, SQL Server and MySQL database platforms
- Working level knowledge of Mainframe, Unix, RHEL and Windows operating environments
- Excellent team skills in a professional environment
