WA Consultants are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst/Engineer with 3-5 years experience for a long term contract based in Munich.
To be considered for this opportunity you must be fluent in German as well as English, have experience handling and supporting users at large enterprise companies, good communication skills with customer facing and technical support skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End user desk support, customer facing and technical support through mails, voice and other ticketing tools.
- Preparing inventory reports, managing IT assets in accordance with company standards and policies
- Adhere to ISO standards and organization guidelines
- Closure of IT Tickets with in SLA and other project related activities as instructed by management
- Desktop/Laptop hardening, Antivirus & patch management compliance
- Supporting various form factor end user devices such as tablets and smartphone configurations for enterprise mobility
- Supporting remote users through voice and other remote support tools for troubleshooting
- Support server room, network related activities as instructed
