Our customer a specialist in the Performance, QoS and Optimisation arena are searching for a Nokia/Huawei 2G, 3G, 4G Radio Optimisation Engineer to work on a network performance project.
Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G technologies and optimisation skills and methods (parameters, KPI's reporting, configuration ) you will analyse, troubleshoot and optimize the Network Performance identifying potential issues (drop voice calls, CSSR, Voice quality, congestion, network parameters tuning, customer complaints, etc..) and providing associated recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
2G/3G/4G (mainly Voice as a first step) Network Performance Management and E2E overview to work with Core specialist
Good Knowledge in Radio, 2G/3G/4G optimization methodology (neighbours, interference 4G is a +)
Good experience on radio voice KPIs (+SRVCC and 3G2GHO), L1/L2 analyses,
Good knowledge on 2G/3G Voice, 2G/3G signalling and protocol layers (A/IU S1 is a +),
Option: Interworking, Protocol knowledge ISUP, SIP, TCP, SS7
Skills in Actix analyser to perform analyses of Drive Tests, deep troubleshooting with Wireshark. Empirix, traffica knowledge
Reporting and good analytics level
Good communication skills in meetings, conferences and presentations
Strong Nokia/Huawei
Languages 

English (Mandatory) 
German (Appreciated)
