Job Title
ConSol Partner's client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to help support a global project within their expert IT divisions.

The Job
- First line support to multiple users as well as some VIP users potentially.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting, support, etc.
- Dealing with escalations, issues, functionality questions, queries and concerns regarding new software rollouts and applications.
- Perform installations/de-installations of the Operating system WIN7/10 and software/hardware.
- Assist First level Support as well as Application Management
- Dealing with issues, functionality questions, queries and concerns regarding new hardware rollouts and hardware in use at the client.
- Performing demonstrations of new hardware/software to users.
