> Very good and applicable knowledge of Cisco IOS and Catalyst Series, as well as Cisco Nexus with respective certifications.
> Very good and applicable knowledge of IP routing and switching protocols (CCNP R&S).
> German language skills, English fluent.
> Willingness for working in shift model and (remote) on-call duty.

> Experienced in IP address management of a global company network.
> Network authentication and authorization knowhow.
> Very good and applicable knowledge of network services (DHCP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, etc.).
Aufgaben:
Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs
Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization as well as 24/7 on-call-duty
Incident resolution, Incident management
Implementing changes, Change management
Installation of new versions, patches
Close customer contact during operative work
Supplier management for incident related communication
Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components
Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs
Beginn: November 2017, Dauer: 31.12.2017, Option bis Mitte/Ende 2018, Gebiet: Nürnberg (around 80% on-site)
