Our client is currently looking for an ITSM/ITIL Consultant (m/f) for a project in Leverkusen (Cologne).
Description:Cross-functions stream:
- Design and implementation of ITSM processes according to ITIL best practice
- Implementation of new ITSM tool ServiceNow
- Service integration and alignment with 3rd party providers
- Integration of all support groups and business areas in a standardized support organization
- Harmonisation of global IT-support processes for all of our clients business areas
- Design, implementation, documentation and testing of the following processes
- According to ITL best practice:
- Release and Deployment Management
- Event Management
- Supplier Management
- Executing of workshops with customer
- Consultation with Fujitsu delivery teams.Location
On-site-presence on a regular basis in Leverkusen (Cologne), partly remote
Skills:
Know-how / Experience
- ITIL Processes Expert (m/f)
- Experience in design and implementation of ITSM processes
- Customer communication skills
- Languages: fluent English and German
Nice to have
- Preferred: Basic ITSM Tool Knowledge (ServiceNow)
- Application Management Services (including SAP)
- Experience working in a manufacturing company, such as in chemical or plastics
