Job Description:
Plans and executes network design tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Identifies and solves design requests from the customer. Presents design proposal at the customer site.
Works independently with the responsibility for solving professional service customer requests and reporting according to processes. Shares knowledge in own professional area.
Act as customer's local interface for professional service delivery across the region
Leading validation tests for new products and product releases at the customer site.
Qualifications - Minimum Required:
- Excellent customer relation and communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding customer needs and must be able to convince customers to follow specific designs, blueprints
- Expertise in Ethernet/IP technologies is essential. Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE) are highly welcome.
- Knowledge in Mobile Backhaul Core is essential
- Product knowledge in 86xx, 88xx and INM are essential or the ability to be expert in these products on a very short time
- Strong flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment with frequently changing opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team, lead and influence staff and subcontractors, including the ability to work with people from all levels of the organization.
