One of our highly respected clients is looking for an experienced DevOps consultant to support their project and their team that is performing a pilot project with the objective to develop a new software platform, in the area of "Warehouse Management Systems" (WMS). Due to numerous customer implementations, installations and worldwide upgrades in the future, they need a high level of automation in the deployment, operation and monitoring of this new platform.

- Located in Hamburg
- 4 month initial contract + 3 month rolling extensions.
- Rate from €60 per hour
You will be:
- Installing and operating of the decentralized instances of the global WMS-platform and the development and maintenance of tools for their configuration, installation and deployment.
- Design and automatization of the system installation and software deployments.
- Self-contained and continuous improvement of the rigidity and performance of the platform, as well as the further development of the system monitoring and statistics Qualification characteristics.
- At least two years of intense experience with the automation tools Jenkins and Ansible, as well as basic knowledge of monitoring tools as Logstash, Zabbix and AppDynamics
- Experience with the Linux operation systems
- Practical programming experience of Shell and Python as well as basic knowledge of Java and JMX
- Knowledge of SQL as well as of standard tools of databases as Oracle and PostgreSQL
