Beschreibung

We are looking for a Consultant (m/f)  Microsoft Sharepoint  for our client in Leverkusen.

Aufgaben:

Technical analysis:
Prior to the technical migration, a professional analysis phase is required, in the course of which the data structure is reviewed in detail.
In the data analysis phase, SharePoint Site Collections are scanned using a tool (AvePoint Discovery Tool). Based on the results obtained, the content and structures are technically assessed and categorized.
The various properties of the SharePoint containers and contents will thereby be reviewed with regard to a possible migration to SharePoint Online. This is not a question about the technical use of the data, but rather a technical framework condition, since there are properties of SharePoint containers, which technically prevent a migration.

·    Kickoff workshop for the analysis of the data
·    Preparation and implementation of the specialist analysis
·    Preparation and implementation of technical analysis
·    Preparation of the analysis result and execution of the results workshop

Concept:
In the conceptual phase, it must be determined in what manner the data should actually be technically migrated, how new Collaboration Site Collections have to be bypassed, and how access should be controlled by external parties.
Migration concept
Automated migration will be used, in the case of larger data with the help of a migration tool (DocAve Migrator)

Services offered:
·    Preparation and execution of a workshop (migration approach)
·    Preparation of decision making template
·    Compilation of a migration concept
·    Preparation and execution of a results workshop

Collaboration concept:
Working with externals is an integral part of SharePoint Online and Office 365. Each site can also be shared with external accounts. This can be configured for all clients, but also at the Site Collection level.
In corresponding workshops, it is necessary to determine in which form the external approvals will be set up. External users currently need an internal customer  account, and the multi-factor authentication is set up via GridCard. With Office 365 it is also possible to authorize external accounts. In particular, the subject Azure Rights Management and possible configurations in this regard will play a role in these workshops.
Through the deployment of Azure AD B2B, the requirements regarding governance, provisioning and multi-factor authentication can be implemented.

A choice can be made between different models of the release:
·    User-initiated guest invitation model
·    This is the default for a new site collection and the recommended model as it provides control to
administrators and at the same time flexibility for end users being able to collaborate with their new
business partner users without much intervention.
·    Site owner-initiated guest invitation model
·    If you want more control than the default sharing model over who can invite new users to a site,
you can configure the site to only allow site owners to invite new users. This prevents ad-hoc
invitations from being sent out by site users.
·    Admin-managed partner users model
·    In an admin-managed partner users model, you pre-populate your tenant's directory with the guest
users who you'll be inviting to your site. This can be done by importing users from other Office 365
    or Azure AD tenants.

With regard to the migration of the data, existing external sites such as "normal" Collaboration Sites will be considered. However, it must be taken into account that the content is currently hosted in a special DMZ environment.
Services offered:
·    Preparation and execution of a requirements workshop (external collaboration)
·    Preparation of a decision template
·    Compilation of a collaboration/governance concept (external)
·    Preparation and execution of results workshop
·    Technical documentation

Implementation:
The following activities are performed in the implementation phase:
Configuration of SharePoint Online
Based on the collaboration concepts, appropriate configurations must be made in SharePoint Online.
Setup of the Migration Infrastructure
For the duration of the migration, virtual servers are required in the SharePoint farm domain, which host the management components of DocAve. On the SharePoint WFE servers, agents of the migration tool are installed.
Pilot migration for the verification of the approach
After the completion of the analysis and conceptual phases, a first migration pilot is carried out. In this phase, the sequences are verified, trained and, if necessary, adapted. It is therefore necessary to identify a suitable area in the source system, which is then migrated to SharePoint Online.
After a successful test through the pilot users, the migration of the mass data can be started.

·    SharePoint Online configuration (according to collaboration concepts)
·    Setup of the migration infrastructure
·    Technical documentation of the migration infrastructure
·    Preparation and execution of the pilot workshop
·    Technical implementation of a pilot migration
·    Technical support for pilot users and preparation and execution of a results workshop

Migration:
The migration of the contents will be implemented with the migration tool DocAve Migrator from AvePoint.
In the SharePoint Online Tenant, the Site Collections must first be newly created before migration. All subjacent containers such as subsites, libraries, and lists can then be automatically migrated into these empty Site Collections.

·    Technical implementation of the migration
       -       Technical Documentation
Clean-Up:
The following activities are carried out in the clean-up phase.
·    Removal of the migration infrastructure (DocAve-Management-Server)
·    Preparation and implementation of results workshop of the migration as a whole
·    Training operation
·    Continuation of technical documentation

Skills:

- experience with Microsoft Sharepoint
- knowledge in DocAve-Management-Server
- English and German, fluent in speaking and writing
