IT Security Specialist
My client requires an experienced IT Security Specialist to join their project.
Project:
Team specific activities cover all aspects of Cyber Threat Intelligence from researching new threats/cyber related topics, performing discovery, detection and disruption activities, reporting, and providing periodic analysis of the threat landscape and recommendations for long-term improvements in order to strengthen the overall security posture.
Task:
Research new cyber threats that may impact the client and/or its interests and provide near-Real Time analysis of susceptibility to the threat
Assist in the prioritization of activities for protection(patch updates, configuration changes, etc.)
Develop solutions to discovery, detect and disrupt the threat
Provide accurate and timely reporting on threats and threat related activities both, verbally and written (documents, presentations, summary emails, etc.)
Assist in the design, development and operation of a full-life cycle threat intelligence, discovery, detection and disruption capability
Skill:
Experience working in an information security or IT operations related field in an enterprise environment
This position is a highly technical position and will require an array of technical skills to support cyber threat intelligence.
A background in a highly technical and related field is required
