For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in DE - Mannheim, we are looking to staff a Technical Migration Consultant to start on 06 Nov, 2017Job Description
• Coordinate application owners’ pre-migration activities (e.g., upgrades)
• Coordinate operations teams’ preparation of defined system target environments
• Participate in POC / pilot migration to document standard process
• Support and coordinate application owners in collection/creation of documentation, preparation of test plans & test cases, development of contingency & fallback plans
• Tracking and monitoring the Migration Execution and Testing
Must Haves
• Good understanding and experience of server migration methods and processes
• Good technical background (Infrastructure, windows, application requirements and operational processes)
• English and German (Written and Spoken)
Nice to Haves
• Project leadership skills (people & process management)
Contract Type: Contract – w/m
Start Date: 06 Nov, 2017 or by agreement
Duration: 12 months with extension
Workload: 100%
