Position Title: NPC Wireless Network Planning and Consulting Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert on wireless network planning and consulting, including but not limited to 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G, as well as other emerging technologies based on internal or external market requirements.
- Adopt platforms, external available resources and even self-developed tools to do required data collection, network evaluation, deep insight analysis and produce solution proposals or marketing strategies to customer.
- Engage customer on project business development, workshop presentation, budget guidance and bidding support.
- Create, present, and implement competitive solutions to analyze needs, gather specifications and situational requirements, and work with Marketing and Solution Sales personnel to create effective solutions specifically tailored to the individual entity.
- Guarantee technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
- Provide support to the internal market and sales organizations as an expert in the solutions portfolio.
- Conduct research, reconciliation and analysis to resolve technical issues of requirement request for customers
- Record and share all the operational related issues and their resolutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Huawei 3G/4G wireless network evaluation and project development experience in WEU region
- Good knowledge of telecom operator business processes: pain points, marketing strategies, business plan, network rollout.
- Deep knowledge on wireless network protocol such as 3G, 4G, 4.5G, 5G.
- Strong knowledge on Huawei wireless network solutions and soft features, such as Macro BTS, SmallCell, Antenna, MIMO, CA, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Huawei cloud platforms, such as Operator 360 cloud, WINS Space and WINS BON.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Huawei wireless network consulting topics, such as xMbps, Video Coverage, User Migration, WTTx, Middle-Long Term Evolution Planning, Things Coverage, EM Coverage and Fundamental Network Insight into 2G/3G/4G.
- English fluency both verbal and writing is essential.
- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
- Ability to understand client’s needs, analyze, design and document solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work on a multi-cultural environment
