Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
im Auftrag unseres Kunden suche ich zurzeit eine PMO / Projektassistenz für den Standort Mannheim.
Tätigkeiten:
• Support the client's program manager with the following project financials:
o Budget planning regarding resources and hardware procurement
o Project cost forecasting (monthly)
o Month end closures
o Project cost bookings
o Responsible for loading forecasts, month end closures, and cost bookings into the respective tools used by the client.
• Responsible for continuous updates and alignments between forecast and resource planning tools (Excel-based)
• Track hardware procurement costs into dedicated planning tool and load hardware cost forecast into respective tool.
• Perform regular budget/ financial reporting and reviews. Lead or participate in forecast review meetings with client.
• Track procurement orders for third party resources regarding contractual dates and volumes, and related third party invoicing.
• Time sheet management. Collect and archive time sheets of the contractors working on the project. Track and book work efforts of team members into SAP.
• Alignment meetings with the client's Controlling and Procurement departments regarding forecast performance reviews and third party Management.
• Third party invoice verifications and invoice checks as required.
Skill:
• Good understanding and experience of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting
• Accurate and careful work attitude
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Language: Mixed (German and Englisch (written and spoken)
• At least basic knowledge of SAP

Beginn: 01.11.2017
Laufzeit: bis 31.07.2018 (mit Option der Verlängerung)
