ITSM Architect BMC: Dusseldorf, Germany.
Required: ITIL v3 Foundation Experience with BMC ITSM and BMC Asset, Change, Release, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Service Level Management, Request Catalog, BMC SmartIT, BMC MyIT, BMC Reporting, and BMC CMDB stand-up or hand's on configuration and usage. Confident and articulate towards clients.
Preferably: ITIL v3 Intermediate or Expert.
This is a 3 month initial contract in Dusseldorf. German language preferred but not a must.
Start mid-end October.
If you are not based in Dusseldorf that fine, so long as you are happy to work there Sunday to Thursday, Friday can often be worked from home, depending on deadlines an workload.
Flights and hotel are paid for. NOTE: unless you have a German registered limited company you will have to work via an umbrella company to be paying tax and social security in country. TOTAL is 34% tax, the rest get paid to you.
