For our client, operating in the energy sector, we are currently looking for an “Operations Analyst (m/f)” described below:Conditions:
Start: 23.10.2017
Duration: 3 months
Place: Düsseldorf
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of new contracts and framework agreement with respect to contractual provisions relevant for settlement (power & gas)
• Timely implementation of contracts in the IT system SAP IS-U
• Settlement of contracts in the energy industry, i.e. creation of outgoing and verification of incoming invoices
• Monitoring of contractual provisions relevant for settlement and creation of analyses
• Quality assurance of all processes according to the “four-eyes” principle and documentation of all inspection procedures according to ICS
• Independent alignment with up- and downstream organizational units and service providers, as well as internal and external contact persons on organizational- and task-based interfaces
• Conceptualization and development of functional topics
• Collaboration in projects (conceptual, operational)
• Identification of optimization potential with respect to cost structure and process simplification/optimization within the responsibilities, as well as initiation of appropriate implementation measures
• Take-over of special tasks as per operational requirements
Requirements:
• Completed vocational education as well as recognized additional qualifications (business administrator, master, technician etc.) or similar qualifications
• Professional experience in sales (ideally wholesale sales)
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of responsibilities
• Good knowledge of commercial and contractual settlement foundations
• Very good IT systems skills (MS Office)
• Deeper grasp of business correlations and business processes
• Knowledge of German (native or similar)
• High degree of customer and service orientation, as well as communication skills
