We are currently looking for OCS Engineers

Location: Düsseldorf
Main Responsibilities:
- 2nd level technical support for OCS platform (eg analysing incoming Tickets, identifying missing information,
communicating results to end client)
- Maintain technical customer satisfaction, both external and internal customers.
- Serve as technical contact point for Convergent Billing Solution and Online Charging System
- Secure the functionality and Non-function technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout implementation.
- Software loading, configuration, integration verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions
- Deployment management for packages following installation guide
- Delivery of support according to SLAs
Requirements:
- At least+3 years IT industry experience
- At least 2 years experience working for a telecommunication company
- 1-2 years with CBS/OCS billing platforms/software (preferred from Nokia or Huawei vendors)
- +3 years experience as technical 2nd or 3rd level support for Conversion Billing System platform
- Experience with test execution for CBS
- Experience with deployment management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Working experience in multi-cultural environments
