Workplace (WIN&MAC) & Voice & Video.
Das Projekt beinhaltet folgende Hauptaufgaben:
Requirements Analyse
Location: Pirk/Remote (40%)
Capacity: 3/4 Tage die Woche
Technical Conception
Location: Pirk/Remote (70%)
Capacity: full time
Responsibilities:
• Systematic recording of requirements
• Information consolidation/interaction check
• Analysis of the requirements of the areas
• Documentation requirements
• Define services
• Backing conception phase
• Construction of a conception
Collection, structuring and concreting of IT requirements
• Control and development of external service providers
• Coordination of all departments involved
Skills:
• Workplace Hardware,
• The OS,
• Security components (e.g. bitlock / virus & maleware-protection),
• Connected phones (VoIP, DECT or ISDN) and Video-Conferencing-Hardware,
• Softphones and Software for Video-Conference as long as it is not provided by Cloud-Services
or Office 365,
• It includes client automation,
• Software distribution,
• Update-services
