SuccessFactors Support Analysts
One of my clients is looking for 2 SuccessFactors Support Analyst for a 3 month rolling contract. This is for an October 2017 start. Interviews can take place within 24 hours of submission.
The SuccessFactors Support Analyst will be responsible for and experienced in the following:
- Supporting the documentation of the new HR ERP (SuccessFactors and Workforce) in the form of SOPs (Desktop procedures) as well as in form of Test Cases
- Domain should be HR (Hire to Retire including Payroll services)
- Experience with working in corporate HR teams in junior roles/as BAs would be preferable but not mandatory
- 1-2 years' experience in handling Hire-to-Retire processes (including testing Payroll data moving across systems)
- Candidates with a degree in HRIT and/or Computer Sciences would be preferable but not mandatory
- A background in training staff on new HR ERPs can also be looked at (specific experience needed in SuccessFactors or in Workforce SAP products)
- German fluency as a second language would be good to have
