To provided for Internal services as SAAS and IAAS for customer hosting services as well Professional Service for different BU
Operational work:
Incident Management
Analyse Information of ticket: Capture - complete Information; Review / correct severity / scope
Check if additional Information is needed from the customer: Ask customer to complete required Information
Check if larger customer base is affected: Prepare Basis Information for customer communication and send to Service Desk Manager
Check if solution is known or identify possible Approach: Prepare solution Information to customer
Prepare solution in FAQ database: Get signature from service owner for FAQ entry
If solution is unknown: Create ticket in Provider Support System and Review solution from HW/SW providor
Problem Management: Trouble shooting the problem to solution
Monitoring: Setting up monitoring for Firewall and other security relevant services
Project related work
Change Management: Administration of Firewall Change requests; Project related changes (branches, Services, servers
Deep knowledge in network, operating systems and application design, Trouble shooting
Deep knowledge in network, operating systems and application design, Trouble Shooting
Knowledge in core Technologies: Firewall Checkpoint, Trend Micro
