Task description
• Analyze business functional &non-functional requirement
• Define testing strategy, scope and methodologies
• Writing test cases
• Ensure preparation of test environments
• Oversee and provide guidance to testing specialists and development team
• Act as escalation point to the Project Manager
• Agree on approval criteria for deployment/ deployment processes with stakeholders

Qualifications
• Experience in testing and/or leading test teams
• Experience of working as a Business Analyst
• Know-how in HR SaaS applications for deferred compensation and reward
• Experience in ALM, JAMA, Jira and Confluence
• Fluent in English and German
