Your success is our goal.Job description• Responsible for technical analysis, specification, documentation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Web Application middleware (Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SharePoint Server) and Web Applications
• Technical support for operation of web based information management and collaboration platform Microsoft Sharepoint
• Coordinate and configure IT infrastructure services needed to provide comprehensive platform services for web applications to the business
• Implement changes to web application middleware and web applications according to defined processes
• Incident and problem management as well as request fulfillment as part of second/third level support
• Proactively identify system or process improvements and customer satisfactionQualifications
• Experience in operating MS-Sharepoint (MSCE preferred)
• Specialized technical knowledge in the field of Web application technology and Web server environments
• Technical understanding and know-how of relational databases
• Very good knowledge in English and German language
• Responsible, Team ability and high flexibility (on-call/ weekend work)Apply
