Beschreibung
Task:The IT-SME EUC will work on the stream End User Computing of the Production Transformation Program. He will analyse the existing situation, processes and procedures with the focus on end user computing and further develop, adapt, harmonize and consolidate these to finally define a target setup and contribute to put this in place.
- Analyze the as is situation with respect to End User Computing
- The whole range of EUC aspects needs to be taken into consideration: user devices, workspace, collaboration, mobility, service desk, etc.
- Together with the bank’s experts a clear approach needs to be developed to harmonize the EUC situation in line with the requirements of the different entities as well as with the guidelines of the group
- Develop and implement a method for tracking and reporting of the progress, including tracking of the schedule, quality of deliverables and unexpected developments and risks
- Contribution to the transformation process to finally establish a common EUC situation across the country incl. a hands-on mentality during the piloting phases
Requirements (Must have):
- The job requires a deep knowledge of architecture and technology in the End User Computing space (WINDOWS 7/10, SCCM, AD, MS-Exchange, S4B, MDM)
- Microsoft certified expert in the above mentioned fields
- Project Management knowledge incl. expertise in transformation processes
- Minimum five years of working experience covering EUC transformation/migration projects
- Fluent in English and German
