The Desktop Support Engineer will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- Fluent German Speaker
- Desktop Support
- Windows 7 imaging and issue resolution
- Windows 10 imaging and issue resolution
- Apple iOS issues
- VIP Support
Other Skills
Experience with Cisco VideoConfrence support.
