For our customer in North Rhine-Westphalia we are looking for a Project Manager / Quality Assurance Manager for a data center move (m/f).
Project tasks:
- Overall guidance of all tasks and overseeing the complete process for each step until the full integration in the new Service Management concept
- Responsible for defining checkpoints and quality gates to ensure a seamless migration
- Planning of process, tool and training documentation
- Steer, monitor and track related action plan
- Identify the contractual obligations and translate them into acceptance criteria
- Organize the technical as well as the business-related product life cycle management
- Ensure evidence of implementation information along the transition process
Skills required:
- Proven track record of hands-pn ITIL process lifecycle management (ability to guide and teach)
- 5+ years’ experience in Datacenter Operations of typical Datacenter Processes (iTOM)
- 5+ years’ experience in Service Delivery Management (hands-on)
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality Management
- Proven project experience in large data center migrations from the process point of view
- 10+ years’ experience in Program / Project Management
- Strong technical background to understand cross platform dependencies
- Fluent in English and German language
- Nice-to-have: ITIL certification, HERMES5 experience, SCRUM experience
