Beschreibung

Proteus Europe is searching for a German speaking Service Desk Agent to join a prestigious client located in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a contract role with a duration of 6 months. Extension may also be possible.

Your New role :-

You will be working onsite at the customer location in Frankfurt, Germany for the first 2 months, after that you will relocate to Hungary for the next 4 months.

- Provide essential support to Customers PC users, including software and hardware related issues.
- Learn and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies
- Provide training to other staff members as required.
- Document new technical solutions in knowledge base
- Document and share best practices and with other colleagues
General
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Understand quality requirements and aspects of the account and work according to those regulations
- Learn and adhere to TCS and customers policies and procedures
- Other tasks that are related to the position and are assigned by the Project Manager including working in any other language(s) spoken at the required level

Other tasks, responsibilities:

Person filling the position shall perform any other task given by her/his supervisor, which belongs to this position by its nature or her/his experience or education meets the requirements to perform.

- Assist users over the telephone, through e-mail/voice mail and over web interface.
- Diagnose and solve software and hardware problems by giving step-by-step instructions.
- Provide advanced support to Customers PC using remote control tool.
- Escalate unsolved calls to the appropriate IT team, Network/Server Support team, Application Support team or other Support teams.
- Log all calls in the Helpdesk tracking database/Service Management tool.
- Instruct users on usage of application systems.
