Task:The resource required will serve as the technical lead for the implementation of the ArisG software solution. They should have extensive experience with the ArisG solution, and also in the pharmacovigilance and drug safety areas. This experience is required in order to to drive the right technical discussions with the software vendor, as well as anticipate issues within the solution before deployment decisions are made. The resource will be closely involved in the testing process for the solution and in the resolution of any issues that arise during this process. As such, the individual should closely know the solution and be able to work with the software development and testing teams to push forward and drive towards defect closure and resolution.
The resource should also have a solid technical mindset, with involvement in prior projects in migration and integration, with preferable experience in projects where the scope has included technical infrastructure upgrades.
Another key aspect of the role will be the coordination of multiple resources involved in the activities described above. The resource should have extensive experience playing a coordinating role, managing resources on the technical side to ensure that the right priorities are being given to resolve issues and that activities are advancing as required by the project. This close coordination is important given that the team is globally distributed.
