Timeframe: 14.08.2017 - 22.12.2017
Effort: 5 days / week
Location: 3 PD Remote and 2 PD / week on site metro area Munich
Project:
To continue and ongoing Customer Project f. AMAZON Cloud Introd. + Data Center Integration
for Sales + Aftersales Org. and Application Platform
Consulting Support f. Pilot Operations , processes, Architecture, go Live, Platform deployment.
Tasks:
Ongoing Tracking and Documentation (operational components, access, progress, process diagrams, structuring) in customer owned online system.
Track and document progress, status, processes and solution from Customer Platform Teams.
Active Quality Checks + active team communication / Feedback for documentation
Skills:
Active communication, application/deployment/testing consulting experience
Documentation -> Confluence (advanced Knowledge)
Tracking -> Jira (advanced knowledge)
Operational tools Service Center 2)
Customer operational processes experience
Language: German and English
