Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for all employees at the EMEA / APAC Region
- When a new software or IT regulation comes, train the End user, implement the strategy and make users comfortable with the technology
- Responsible for resolving support requests
- Meet customers satisfaction and continue service delivery demands
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of IT User Support - infrastructure support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Clients/Server)
- Experience with Microsoft Core Services - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, WSUS, PKI, SCCM
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of MS Office/O365, Skype for Business
- Knowledge of managing mobile devices
- Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions
- Fluent German language; Good English knowledge
