Beschreibung

Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Senior Projekt Risiko Manager (m/w) zur Projektmitarbeit.


Aufgabe:
• Supports the Group Risk Management Process in SIS
• Drives professional project management structure and execution for selected activities in the department
• Acts as facilitator, coordinator and communicator at the interface of operational functions and management
• Supports the business units in identifying, analyzing and evaluating risks, as well as defining risk response plans
• Guides team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization
• Cultivates extensive contacts within the organization
• In the absence of the Team Leader, able to run selected meetings and respond to various requests

Acts as the Risk Management Support:
• For assigned project, proactively supports and challenges the project risk quality in line with the R&D Project Risk Management Process and project development strategy
• Uses project management experience to further develop project risk management (i.e. contingency management, schedule analysis) to provide value to projects during planning phases
• Supports documentation and actions tracking in regards to project risk management
• Administers, organizes and further develops the SharePoint and other communication channels
• Supports creation of guidance documents and training materials
• Develops, maintains and provides access to risk management tools
• Performs reporting activities

Acts as the analyst and project manager for the task to achieve process compliance in the department providing service across the whole process:
• Independently drives the analysis of the as-is-state and independently summarizes the findings to create the overview of required processes per role in the department
• Compares the overview with the applicable processes in other Business Areas
• Clarifies with Quality organizations of respective BAs the training rules
• Creates a list of to-be-trained processes and incorporates them into the training matrix of the department
• Implements the changes within the department by making sure that new requirements are properly communicated and followed up on
• Coordinates the associated change management activities
• Creates and manages execution of the actions to complete the task, tracks progress of activities, highlights dependencies, proactively identifies and addresses the gaps, looks ahead to potential bottlenecks or delays and challenges assumptions

Acts as the Record Management Coordinator for the department:
• Attends meeting organized for the network of Record Management Coordinators and gets trained on the processes and new ways of working
• Independently drives activities to assess the situation in the department
• Compiles the list of documents inventories as defined by the scope
• Leads associated change management activities and acts as the ambassador of the process by providing guidance and support where needed (i.e. during file sharing migration phase)

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
• Universitätsabschluss in Engineering oder Business oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjähriger Projekterfahrung als Projekt und/oder Risk Manager in einer großen Organisation
• Projekterfahrung im industriellen Bereich (!)
• Projekterfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (!)
• Good understanding of project planning, risk management, documentation management; principles of business case creation, portfolio management and finance
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Dauer: 5 Monate
Pensum: 100% Vor-Ort (kein Remoteanteil)
Ort: Kanton Zug (Schweiz)
