A productive unit from the customer will be migrated into a greenfield S/4 HANA 1610 System (Go-Live April 2018).
Key Areas:
VAT for Germany and EU (Customer and Vendor master for tax)
Derivation of correct internal VAT number for SO and PO
Outgoing invoice Regarding VAT e.g. Customer VAT number, correction derivation of departure/destination/tax country, tax determination, Print-out requirement from VAT
Incoming invoice regarding VAT, Vendor VAT number, tax code derivation per EU and DE at the invoice point
tax reports e.g. Intrastate EC Sales and Vat Return
FI e.g tax procedure, tax codes, Withholding tax
customer and Vendor withholding tax
Bauabzugsteuer, HR Tax - traveling, gift
Other GL consulting to other colleagues From business e.g. FI customizing for MEC
Account determination in logistics:
Customer specific requirements as of today were collected and documented. During the initial project phase ("Explore"), the consultant shall help to match these requirements against a SAP S/4HANA Finance best practice standard, identify gaps and help to redesign existing non-standard processes towards SAP standard. Definition of gaps that require modifications. During subsequent project phase ("Realize"), consultant should specify technical solutions for identified gaps ready to handover for development by an offshore RICEFW team.
