Project:
In the context of the Talent Management processes, the client has deployed various SAP HR functionalities.
Here, complex scenarios (inter alia with customer-specific developments) have been implemented. Due to changing conditions or agreements/annual cycle, adjustments are necessary.
Specifications:
- Review of SAP HR Processes and Forms/Talent Management Cycle requirements
- Advising the faculty on possible IT solutions in the SAP HR module
- Testing requirements in SAP HR Processes and Forms/Talent Management Cycle
- Tune the solution with client/Global Governance Board
- Identification of changes in the ongoing maintenance operation by the intended solution
- Coordinate the solution with client/global governance board
- Planning & implementation of the agreed solution in SAP HR
