For our clients, an international bank in Frankfurt, I am currently looking for a System Engineer Cryptography (m/f).Our client is working on a central system which will be used for the encryption of the sensitive data at rest.
Objective is to support the work on bringing this system in the bank from engineering side, writing solution concepts for given business requirements, integration, deployment and test on the platforms. Intensive communication with the vendor will be required and operations manuals must be created and kept up to date.
Tasks:
The system engineer (m/f) is expected to support the different project phases by means of:
- defining solution low level design and creating technical specifications
- reviewing, validating and refining infrastructure requirements
- integration of the system with the bank's privileged management, single sign on and monitoring tools
- building and deploying the application into controlled environments
- supporting the change management and the deployment process for the application
- providing and updating the application run book and operations manuals
- support test activities on a technical level (e.g. preparing test cases)
Skills:
- fluent in English (Spoken and Written), knowledge of German is nice to have
- have knowledge in cryptographic key management, digital certificates, trust management
- have networking, access control, knowledge of SIEM, LDAP knowledge
- Knowledge about hardware security modules is a plus
- be familiar with change management and deployment processes in large IT organizations
- be familiar with the design and implementation of distributed architectures
- be familiar with Waterfall based project approaches and distributed project environments
- have experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows
Start: April 2017
End: 30.06.2017 with an option for extension
