For one of my clients, a bank in Frankfurt, I am currently looking for a Legal Consultant (m/w) for the EU Data Regulation Project.Project Description:
Support Legal agreement amendments (provides regulatory insight and facilitate with legal and business lines)
Task Description:
- Ensure that all the External Vendors have Master Service Agreement (MSA) aligned with GDPR requirements
- Ensure that all the Intra Group vendors have SoS/SLA aligned with GDPR requirements
- Ensure that all Data protection Schedule (DPS) with external vendors are aligned as per GDPR requirements
- Ensure that all DB Group Frameworks (with Internal Vendors) are aligned as per GDPR requirements
- Ensure that all EUSCC (with Internal Vendors & externals) are aligned as per GDPR requirements
- Ensure that SRA responses related to data protection are accurate & aligned with legal documentation
- Ensure that GDP responses related to data protection are accurate & aligned with legal documentation
