Job Description:
Overall 5-7 years of experience in Storage NetApp & Backup technology
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for NetApp.
- Troubleshoot and provide recommendations for data storage operations.
- Perform systems maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and administration.
- Develop, document, and standardize preventative maintenance routines to ensure system availability and performance standards on production systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively with various entities, including CRMs, account managers, remote site personnel, and client technical and non-technical resources.
- Configure and troubleshoot Snap Mirror Environment.
- Monitor storage resources (space, scheduling, and allocation of) and make necessary corrections or suggestions for optimal use.
- Perform daily health checks to monitor the usage of LUN, Aggregate and volume utilization.
- Resolve hardware issues hardware.
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/Reopen Cases"
