One of our client's a leading company within the advertising industry is looking to bring on an experienced DevOps engineer based in Berlin - Germany for a 6 month project.
You will be working within a highly experienced team of DevOps engineers, while you're working as a team to build successful products that will excite their customers.
What they're looking for:
- They want someone who has several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer working in cross functional teams
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, cloud, TCP/IP and HTTP(S).
- A good understanding of CI, CD and Scripting knowledge.
- Some knowledge with Tomcat and Apache but this is not mandatory.
- A passion for DevOps and involved in the community.
- High aspiration for quality balanced with a good sense of pragmatism.
- To understand quality assurance as a task of the entire team
- Independently and quick adoption of new technologies and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Not only will you be supporting and consulting on system architecture you will be adding definition and implementation of non-functional requirements. You will also be providing continuous delivery and deployment of the new releases. Upon that you will be approving, preparing and installing other releases whilst monitoring scripts and still being a system engineer.
This project is very interesting and full of intelligent senior DevOps Engineers all working towards the same goal.
