Beschreibung
Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment team across 2 or 3 plants for simultaneous deployments in each wave (project will involve deployments all across EU and NA in multiple waves)
- Ensure go-live of assigned plants as per schedule and ensure sign-off post go-live
- Manage project schedule and ensure timely completion of scheduled project tasks
- Engage with plant resources to clarify process, scope, schedule and handling of gaps
- Understand and track gaps, escalate gaps to project core team
- Organize plant local key user trainings
- Organize milestone gate reviews
- Host regular project status updates to central core team/regional project lead/other stakeholders
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in in Business Administration (M.B.A.)
Work experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing industry and in a lead role
Skills/knowledge required:
- Good leadership skills, ability to lead a distributed team of 4-6 resources across 2-3 deployment locations (plants)
- Good negotiation and coordination skills to be able to manage plant teams and coordinate effectively with central project core team
- Excellent ability to grasp business needs, terminology, project scope, project plan, deployment process, business process flows and other project tools
- Well-organized and methodical to be able to organize, track, report various project activities at plant level
- Prior QAD ERP exposure is preferable
- Prior IT project implementation/deployment exposure is highly preferable
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Travel: Should be willing to travel 50-70% of time
