For our client we are currently looking for a ServiceNow experienced Configuration Management consultant
Location: Düsseldorf
Start:
End:
Volume: 50% onsite/50% remote possible//32 hrs
Must have:
- Configuration Management experience
- CMDB Implementation Project Experience
- Powerpoint, Word strong knowledge
- Good experience with PPT
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL/Agile knowledge
Task Description:
- Get to know the current process high level, pain points, tool
- Get to know relevant stakeholders at client and at our core providers
- Gather requirements from all stakeholders
- Write a Functional design as input for the ServiceNow platform implementation
- Take part in the ServiceNow implementation project in the role as main business requester for Configuration management
- Propose and test the implementation according to the project plan (partly planned in SCRUM methodology)
- Describe the new process in the clients template for process descriptions incl. interfaces to other ITIl processes at client
- Prepare relevant training material for all "roles" using the new CMDB (PPT, Flyer, Handouts, elearning, tool manual)
- Schedule and conduct at least 4 training sessions (2 onsite, 2 video presence) for the new process and tool
