Task:The landscape is very much centered arround SAP systems, but contains non-SAP systems too.
- Goal is to implement unified user management processes to fulfill current and future requirements for compliance and improve service quality for administrative staff and end-users.
- Therefore, an SAP based Identity Management Solution SAP IdM shall be implemented for the use case of internal employees.
- Identity management harmonization shall be implemented for all relevant SAP systems (3 systems) as well as Microsoft Active Directory Server and also Microsoft Exchange.
- A UI5 user interface shall be provided to end users and managers to apply and approve role assignments as either temporary or preliminary assignments.
- The process of password reset shall be automated via UI5 user interfaces and via administrator interface for user helpdesk.
- An audit log capability needs to be implemented to facilitate for increased audit requirements that are currently not covered by the solution.
- A unique identity ID shall be used to merge unique user (logon) IDs from the mentioned systems that may or may not be harmonized.
- Implement management processes for hiring, promotion, demotion and retiring of internal and external users.
