For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior Configuration Management ConsultantProject Description:
The client implements a new Service Management platform used by IT and Shared Service Center in common on “ServiceNow”. With this new platform all existing ITIL processes as they are defined today and implemented worldwide will be adjusted and stream-lined. Goal is to define a new, lean Configuration management process on paper, training and manage the implementation on the new platform based on “ServiceNow”.
Task Description:
Get to know the current process high level, pain points, tool
Get to know relevant stakeholders
Gather requirements from all stakeholders
Write a Functional design as input for the ServiceNow platform implementation
Take part in the ServiceNow implementation project in the role as main business requester or Configuration management
Propose and test the implementation according to the project plan (partly planned in SCRUM methodology)
Describe the new process in the client´s template for process descriptions incl. interfaces to other ITIl processes
Prepare relevant training material for all “roles” using the new CMDB (PPT, Flyer, Handouts, elearning, tool manual)
Schedule and conduct at least 4 training sessions (2 onsite, 2 video presence) for the new process and tool
Required Skills:
Configuration Management experience
CMDB Implementation project experience
English fluent
Nice to Have skills:
ServiceNow knowledge
German Language

Duration: 6 months+, 32hours/week
Location: Düsseldorf (remote possible 50%)
